  • Authentication: secure login via facial recognition or integrated account, covering password recovery, account inactivity, and multiple failed login attempts

  • Data Update: real-time editable data (email, phone, address) with versioning and mandatory authentication

  • Integration: APIs and UI embeds to connect ticket sales (Newce), Avanti program, and biometric systems under a single sign-on (SSO)

  • Use Cases: new registrations, revalidation of existing fans, biometric recapture, account reactivation, and password reset
